`.IMPROVEMENT NOT HEREBY CERTIFIED.
WHEREAS; the Commission of The City of Miami, Florida meet
on the 8th day of September, 1977, pursuant to due legal notice
of said meeting under Section 56 of the City Charter, as amended
to receive all written objections to the confirmation of the
preliminary assessment roll for the cost of TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-4366 in TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-h366 on the following streets:
S.W. 9th Street (be': ween S.W. 14 th Avenue and S.W, 8th Avenue)
S.W. loth Street (bei,ween S.W. 4th Avenue and S.W. 8th Avenue)
S.W. llth Street (between S.W. 4th Avenue and S.W. 8th Avenue)

WHEREAS, no objections thereto by any person interested in,
or a:'feeted by, said assessments were sustained by the Commission, and
said assessment roll appeared, in all respects, regular and in
accordance with the requirements and provisions of the City Charter,

Section 1. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned

sustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground described

DISTRICT HJ4366 in the amount of $82,437,30 be and the same is
hereby) approved and confirmed,
Section he That any pending lien in TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4366 for highway improvements not appearing
in the preliminary assessment roll and not certified hereby, be,
and the same is hereby, canceled and removed.

Assessment Roll
Construction of TRAIL VIEW HIGHWAY IMPROVEt1ENT H-14?66 in TRAIL VIEW
HIGHWAY IMPROVF71ENT DISTRICT H-4366 has been completed and the
Preliminary Assessment Roll for this improvement is ready to be pre'
sented to the Commission for confirmation.
This imrreve fin`. consisted of clearing, and grading, construction Of
full width asphaltic concrete pavement, consisting, of 8-inch limerock
base, approx'mately 22 feet wide, and a 1-inch asphaltic concrete sur-
face course, concrete curb and gutter and drainage structures.

The increased � a. 1 �C circulation and O .-S T e .t ,. �,,
have resulted in deteriorated navement conditions and eroded side park-
way areas, which made this improvement necessary.
A public hearing is scheduled for September 9, 1977 to hear objections
to confirmation of the assessment roll. If no objections are sustained,
