PRASE III - H-4418 in So W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT - PHASE III - H-4418; and WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing was held before the City Commission on September 8, 1977 as to any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No, 77-653, which resolution ordered S. W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT - PHASE III - H-4418 in S. W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT - PHASE III - H-4418; and WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said hihway 'therefore, in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering 'resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for THE CITY improvement were sustained by the Commission, it 15, the construction of said improvement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE.COMMISSION OF". OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Resolution No. 77-653 which ordered S. W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT - PHASE HI - H-4418 in S. W. 22 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVE- L" T z: III - H-1-1418. 7/r JOB NAi t JOB SCOPE; JOB SITE: REASON FOR WORK: SOURCE OF FUNDS: JOB COST: Ss , 22 Street Highway Improvement..Phase 111-1-4418 Rebuild side parkways with asphaltic concrete, 8' wide) to be used as a parking area where off-street parking facilities are insufficient. Parking lane is to be bordered on one side by a concrete valley gutter with an additional 11' of asphaltic concrete transition area into the existing driving lane. On the other side of the parking lane, a monolithic concrete curb shall be constructed abutting the existing sidewalk. At loca- tions where off-street parking facilities are sufficient a landscaped parkway 10.5' wide shall be installed be- tween the sidewalk and new concrete curb and gutter. A storm drainage system will be provided. This will be as assessable improvement. S.W. 22 Street (Coral Way) between S.W. 12 Avenue and S.W. 22 Avenue. The side parkways have deteriorated and a number of small potholes have occurred. Drainage problems exist, covering large areas. This improvement is in keeping with the new redevelopment and landscaping of Coral Way between S.W. 22 Avenue and S.W. 37 Avenue. Highway G.O. Bond Funds Estimated Total Cost: $600,000.
