RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED GJ0RK
PERFORMED BY BIG CHIEF INC . , AT A TOTAL COST
Ol' ,12,093.50; ASSESSING 020.00 AS LIQUIDATED
DAMAGES FOR 7 DAYS OVERRUN OF CONTRACT TIME;
AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $789.85 FOR
LITTLE RIVER MINI PARK - BUII.,DING DEMOLITION„
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May
eti een the City of Miami and Big Chief, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed,
and Big Chief, Inc. has furnished the required documents certi-
fying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid,
in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
