OMNI PAVING PROJECT = 1976 (BID "C" - LAND-
SCAPING), AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT
OF ;4 , 2 36.60
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated October
1J76 between the City of Miami and Garcia Allen Construction
Company,.. Inc:; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed,
and Garcia Allen Construction Company, Inc. has furnished the
required documents certifying that all bills for labor and
raterials have been paid in full in connection with the afore -
Said, contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of
Woks recommend that the completed work be
final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
CITY OF 11IAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Garcia
Allen Construction Company, Inc for OI'INI PAVING PROJECT - 1976
LANDSCAPING) at a total cost of $42,366.00 is hereby
