BY PIVOTAL UTILITY HOLIDNGS, INC. D/B/A FLORIDA CITY GAS
Pivotal Utility Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Florida City Gas does hereby accept the gas franchise
granted by the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, a political and corporate body of the
State of Florida, which was passed and adopted on July 27, 2023.
This instrument is filed with the City's Clerk, in accordance with the provisions of Section
22 of said Gas Franchise.
