HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-77-0650RESOLUTION No. 77-6SO A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED RIVAS PLAT, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI; AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY :TANAGER AI1D THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT. WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF I4IAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Plat entitled RIVAS PLAT being a resubdiVision of Lot 9, less the west 24 feet thereof, Block 4, KEW GARDENS, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 9,. of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, all lying in the N.E. ',,, Section 33, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and future planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the public, are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida. Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Plat. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23 day of JULY , 1977. Kelly, Inc. It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded with a recommendation that it be approved. PERTINENT INFOR:.1ATION REGARDING THE PLAT: (1) The property platted is a resubdivision of Lot 9, less the west 24 feet thereof, Block 4, KEW GARDENS (8-9). It will consist of two lots zcned R-2. (2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of Miami, Florida. As certified to by Thomas J. Kelly, Registered Land Surveyor, this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State of Florida. (4) By authority of Resolution No. ZS 9-74, adopted February 11, 1974, the flat was recommended for acceptance by the City Zonim! Board of Mai. (5) The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated June 28, 1977, signed by Georre E.
