A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TTIE COMPLETED WORK
PRJRFORMED BY LOIWIRY ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC.*
AT A TOTAL COST OF $205,665.83 FOR SHENANDOAH
PARK 1976 - SPORTS LIGITING AND COURTS ANb
AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $20,694.68,
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated December 3, 19`76
between the City of Miami and Lowry Electric Company, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Lowry Electric Company, Inc. has furnished the required documents
Certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid
in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the
City Manager and the Department of Public Works
.recommend that the complete6 work be accepted and final payment
made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Lowry Electric
Company, Inc. for SHENANDOAH PARK - 1976 - SPORTS LIGHTING AND COURTS
t a total cost of $205,665.83 is hereby approved.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami are hereby
authorized to pay $20,694.68 to Lowry Electric Company, Inc. as full
and final payment for all work performed and all materials furnished
in connection with SHENANDOAH PARE - 1976 - SPORTS LIGHTING AND COURTS.
