ARESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORD PERFORMED BY WAYNE BLACKWELL & COMPANY, INC AT A TOTAL COST OF $141,345.04 FOR MORNING81b t PARK IMPROVEMENTS - 1976. AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $14,296.50. WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated December 6,' the City of Miami and Wayne Blackwell & Company, Ino,' WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and Wayne Blackwell & Company, Inc. has furnished the required docu- ments certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and final pay- ment made to the contractor; NOW, THFREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE 'CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The completed work performed by Wayne Blackwell & Company, Inc. for t a total MORNINGSIDE PARK IMPROVEMENTS - 1976 cost of $141,345.04 is hereby approved. Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami are hereby authorized to pay $14,296.50 to Wayne Blackwell & Company, Inc. as full and final payment for all work performed and all materials furnished in connection with MORNINGSIDE PARK IMPROVEMENTS - 1976.
