Florida, is the holder of City of Miami licei:, .;o. 1208, issued on December 10, 1976 for the 1976-77 City of Fiani license year (October 1, 1976 through September 30, 1977). (b) On September 7, 1976, Gayety Theatres, Inc., d/b/a Pussycat Adult Theatre, 7770 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida, was charged with a violation of 847.070 (a) Distribution of Obscene Materials. On March 24, 1977 the Gayety Theatres, Inc., was found guilty of the above charge in County Court, Dade County, Florida, in Case No. 76-65151. (c) That on January 10, 1977, the Gayety Theatres, Inc., d/b/a Pussycat Adult Theatre, 7770 Biscayne Boulevard was charged with a violation of 847.070 (A) Distribution of Obscene Materials. On April 15, 1977, the defendant, Gayety Theatres, Inc., was found guilty of the above charge in the County Court, Dade County, Florida, in Case No. 77-50438.
