WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public
Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF',MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled BISCAYNE CAMP being a resUb-
division of a portion of MONROE'S SUBDIVISION, according to the
thereof, recorded in Deed Book "D", at Page 253, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and a portion of CAMP BISCAYNE,
according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 34, at Page
of the Public Records of Dade County, all lying in Section 21,
Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County,
Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully in-
corporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together
with all existing and future planting, trees, and shrubbery on said
property, to the perpetual use of the public, are hereby accepted
and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. Tlie City P•9anager and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Plat.

. Accepting Proposed Record Plat
Located at Charles Avenue and
Main Highway
The Proposed Record Plat entitled BISCAYNE CAMP is a resubdi ision'
of a portion of Monroe's Subdivision (D.B. "D11 Pg. 253) and a
portion of CAMP BISCAYNE (34-6), It will consist of twenty-eight
(28) lets zoned R1-B. This plat is being forwarded to your office
for City Commission Action.
The attached detailed report from the Department of Public Works
recommends the approval of the plat by the City Commission of

BISCAYNE CAMP
SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA

The accompanying Plat entitled BISCAYNE CAMP was prepared
MEM by Biscayne Engineering. It is in correct form for submission

to the City Commission and is forwarded with a recommendation
that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a resubdivision of a portion of
IMonroe's Subd_:ision (D.B. "D" Pg. 253) and a portion
of Ca::.p Biscayne (34-6) . It will consist of twenty-eight
(28) lots zoned R1-B.
(2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the
standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of
Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by Alfred B. ;Mohr, Registered Land Surveyor,
this Plat complies with the plat filink. laws of the State
of Florida.
By authority of Resolution No. ZB 113-77, adopted June 20,
1977, the Plat was recommended for acceptance by the City Zoning
Board of ,Miami.
(5) The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated May 2(7,, 1977,
si,ned by Philip T. Weinstein, Attorney, indicates that the
fee simple title to the property platted is correctly
vested in David W. .wetland and Michael Simonhoff and the
Plat has been correctly executed.
(6) The area platted is not encumbered by any rnortfa;es.
In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 54, Section
54-20, of the Code of The City of ,Miami, a Cashier's Check
in the amount of $28,800.00 has been tendered by the owner,
Michael Simonhoff and David W. .wetland. This Cashier's
Check has been deposited with the Director of Finance and
will guarantee the completion of the :subdivision improvements

City of Miami and the aforementioned Michael Simonhoff
