A RESOLUTION REVERSING THE ZONING BOARD'S DENIAL
OP CONDITIONAL USE AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE NO.
6871, ARTICLE XVI-1, SECTION 2(57)(i), TO PERMIT
i:STABLISHMENT OF A BAR ON LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 5,
FOREST PARK FIRST ADD (6-6), BEING 6285 NNW, 7TH
AVENUE, AS PER FLOOR PLAN ON FILE, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH VARIANCE APPLICATION; ZONED C-4A (BOULEVARD
COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of
jLirie 20, 1977, Item No. 6(a), following an advertised Hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB 106-77 by a 6 to 1 vote denying the
Conditional Use as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has taken its appeal to the
City Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due deliberation
and careful consideration, has determined that the Zoning Board erred

WHEREAS, the City Commission JTi41.41.sithat,-the.usewill
not be injurious to the surronding :_eighborhood and that said use
meets the requirements for a Conditional Use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Zoning Board's denial of request for
Conditional Use aslisted in Ordinance No, 6871, Article XVI-1,
Section 2(57)(i), to permit establishment of a bar on Lots 8 and 9,
Block 5; Forest Park First ADD (6-6), being 6285 N.W. 7th Avenue,
as per floor plan on file, in conjunction with Variance application;
zoned C-4A (Boulevard Commercial) be and the same is hereby reversed
and said Conditional Use be and it is hereby granted.
