The City,through its third year Community Development Program, has allocated $1,650,000 for land acquisition, demolition, and relocation of the block south of MDCC and for a portion of the block north of MDCC. The City will contribute $5,000 towards the total study cost of $30,000. The Community College has an ongoing architectural and planning contract with the firm of Ferendino, Grafton, Spillis, Candela, Architects; hence that firm will conduct the work. The proposed study will involve a general examination of pro- gramming and possible uses for the three blocks, as well as a detailed preliminary design concept for the block south of the Campus. dG9 VW:5 11 Lc, incluth,cL, in Ile, Sit;
