Conditional Use Application to Permit construction
of a development of Planned Unit Nature (PUN)
consisting of six (6) dwelling units in six (6) separate
structures.
PUN development offers a more economical use of
land and in this case the applicant states that the
project will be "compatible in all respects with other
homes in the immediate neighborhood."
APPROVAL IN ACCORD WITH PLANS ON FILE,
AND SUBJECT TO FINAL DETAILED LANDSCAPE
PLAN APPROVAL BY THE PLANNING DEPART -
MENT : The proposed development meets the require-
ments for a development of a planned unit nature.
The land use and character of the surrounding area
is single family development and the proposed develop-
ment will ha -re no significant impact on the services
provided for the area.
Deferred, May 2, 1977 to give the applicants additional
time to meet with the neighborhood residents.
Recommended Denial, June 20, 1977, Resolution
ZB 100-77, by a 6-1 vote.
Twenty-one objections received in the nail, nineteen
objectors appeared at the public hearing.

being 2751-2765 S.W. 22nd Avenue, consisting of 6 units in six
separate structures, ab per plans on file: zoned R-1 (One Family).
Nineteen objectors weru oresent at the meeting: twenty-one
objections rec.Aved in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for tills Conditional Use lias been prepared
by the City Attorneyoffice and submitted for consideration of
the City Commion.
