A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
PORTOBELLO, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY
OF MIAMI; AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS
SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.
WIEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public
Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled PORTOBELLO being a resubdivision
of a portion of Tract "A" of CAMPBELL, JR., according to the plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 58, at Page 79, of the Public Re-
cords of Dade County, Florida, all lying in the N.W. 4, Section
34, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County,
Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully
incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together
with all existing and future planting, trees and shrubbery on
said property, to the perpetual use of the public, are hereby
accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Plat.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21 day of JULY
1977.

The accompanying P1 at entitled Pu1TO13ELLO was prepared by
Wenceslao Ortega. It is in correct form for Submission to the
City Commission and Is forwarded with a reconunendation that it
be. approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION hECAlt1!INd THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted 16 a r•esuL,_1 tvision of a portion of a
previous plat and will consist of one (1) tract having
and area of 0.652± of an acre. It is zoned C-4.
(2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the
standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of
Miami, Florida.
(3) A* certified to by Wencesiau .Ortega, Registered Land Surveyor,
this Plat complies wits► the plat filing laws of the State
of Florida.
(4) By authority of Hesolution No. Lb-12-'(5, adopted January 20,
1975, the Plat was re, orutr►er►ded for acceptance by the City
Zoning beard of Miami.
(5) The attached Certificate of 'Title Examination dated June 27,
1977, signed by William Rubenstein, Attorney, indicates
that the fee simple title to the property platted is cov.'ectly
vested in B & D Enterprises of Miami, lnc., and the Plat has
been correctly executed.
(6) The area platted is encumbered L;, mortgages and the most.rage
holders have executed the Plat and joined ir► its dedications.
