7820 N. MIAMI AVENUE, BEING LOTS 39 LOCATEAD R=4
BLOCK 1, PHOENIX PARK (6-80),
(MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE) DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City Commission granted the waiver of
parking as set forth herein for one-year periods on January 8,
1970; and
WHEREAS, the site has been reviewed by the Chief
and
Zoning Inspector for seven (7)
consecutive years;
a problem with the waiver
WHEREAS, there has never been
f development of these parking spaces;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the
the 52 parking spaces required
of a 42-unit project for the elderly located at 7820 N. Miami
Avenue, being Lots 39 and 40, Block 1, Phoenix Park (6-80),
located
in an R-4 (Medium Density Multiple) District, be and it is hereby
permanently granted.

On January 8, 1970, the City Commission adopted Resolution No.
41197 granting the waiver of the development of 32 of 52 parking
spaces for a period of one year in coniunction with a 42-unit
project for the elderly. This waiver has been automatically
renewed yearly to this date.
Attached is a report from the Chief 'Zoning Inpec for recommending
the permanent waiver of these spaces or to increase the renewal
periods from one year to three years.
We are, by copy of this memorandum, requesting the City Attorney's
office to prepare a Resolution for the permanent waiver of these
parking spaces.

The City Commission passed the above Resolution granting relief
from the requirements of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, to
be automatically renewed each year for one year periods, until
such time as the Commission shall rescind its waiver.
Would you please inspect the sub�:ct property to make sure that
the intent of the Resolution is being met, and return this form
to us, showing the results of the inspection below.
Recommend automatic renewal of Resolution. #41197
Recommend that the City .Commission review this matter. Discovered
