A RESOLUTION REVOKING THE CITY OF MIAMI
LICENSE ISSUED To DOWNTOWN THEATRES,

NOW BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Section 1(a). On 7, 1976, Downtown Theatre violate
Sec, 847.011, Florida Statutes, Unlawful Possession of Obscene
Material, resulting in a conviction therefor in the County Court,
Dade County, Florida in Case No. 76-62672.

(b). On September 12, 1976, Downtown Theatre,
Inc. violated Sec. 847.011, Florida Statutes, Unlawful Possession o
Obscene Material, resulting in conviction therefor in the County
Court, Dade County, Florida, in Case No. 76-66898.
(c). On September 14, 1976, at the Downtown
Theatre, 25 S.E. 1st Avenue, Miami, Florida, James Allen Peterson
violated Sec. 847.011, Florida Statutes, Unlawful Possession of
Obscene Material resulting in a conviction in County Court, Dade
County, Florida in Case No. 76-65693.
(d). On June 7, 1976, at the Downtown Theatre,
25 S.E. lst Avenue, Miami, Florida, James Allen Peterson violated
Section 847.011, Florida Statutes, Unlawful Possession of Obscene
Material, resulting in a conviction in County Court, Dade.Cou
Florida in Case No. 76-59845.
(e), On April 9, 1976, at the Downtown Theatre,
E. lst Avenue, Miami, Florida, Frank F. Gunther violated
847.011, Florida Statutes, Unlawful Possession of Obscene
Material, resulting in a conviction in County Court, Dade County,
Florida in Case No. 76-56891.
