Section 1(a). Little River News, 7839 N.E. 2nd Avenue,
Miami, Florida is the holder of City of Miami License No, 18125
issued on September 29, 1976 for the 1976-77 City of Miami license:
year (October 1, 1976 thru September 30, 1977).
(b). On October.l5, 1975, Maurice Gold
ring,
clerk employed at the above licensed establishment was charged
with the Unlawful Sale and Possession of Obscene Material,
847.011 and 847.000 A Florida Statutes, while working at the
licensed premises. On December 5, 1975 the clerk was found -guilty
of the above-chargein the County Court, Dade County:, Florida
in'Case No. 75-66936.
(c). On April 9;`1975 Edward Michael Raymond, a
clerk employed at the above licensed premises was charged with the
Possession of Obscene Material, 847.000 A while working at the
licensed premises. On August 21, 1975 the clerk was found guilty;
of the above charge in the County Court, Dade County, Florida in.,
Case No; 75-56848,
(d). On October 17, 1975 Daniel Feshbach, the
owner of Danny's Little River. News was charged with the Unlawful
Sale and Possession of Pornographic Material.847,011 (1)(A)
while working at the above licensed premises . 0n December 4, 1975,
