The account Summer Food Service Program - Trust and Agency Fi.nd is hereby established. Section 2. The following appropriations are made for carrying out the Summer Food program in City Parks: Personnel Services $ 73,508 Office Supplies and Equipment 600 Rental Equipment 200 Contractual - Food Service 164,469 Contractual Audit Fees 1,200 TOTAL $239,977 Section 3. The above appropriations are based upon the following source of revenue: Grant - Florida Department of Education on behalf of the U. S. Department of Agriculture $239,977 Section 4, If any section, part of section, paragraph, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared invalid, the remaining provisions of this ordinance shalll not be affected, Section 5, All ordinances or parts of ordinances insofar as they are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, Page i of 2 Section t. This program, funded by the State bepartment of Education on behalf of the U. S. bepartment of Agriculture, involves acquisition of part- time personnel, utilization of currently -employed positions, and purchase of approximately 4095 lunches on 40 weekdays during the summer. The Plorida bepartment of tducation has approved advance funding to the City of Miami for the month of Culy. The City COMMiSei01 by AOSOlutiOh No. 77-401# adopted June Ot i977 authorized the City Manager to accept the grant award and execute the necessary contracts to imple- ment the summer rood Service Program.
