AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3925 Off` THE COD% OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, BY PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF BEER AND/OR MALT BEVERAGES WITHIN TEA' ORANGE BOWL MEMORIAL STADIUM, EXCEPT ' BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER ANY HIGH SCHOOL EVENT; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION of THE FLORIDA: Section 1. A permit for such limited use of the designated stadium area must be obtained from the city manage', who shall require compliance by the user of all con- ditios generally required for the use of city facilities. 2! At no time shall either of the exceptions set forth in subsections 1(a) or 1(b) hereof be applicable before, during, or;'after any high school event, including but not limited to football, soccer, or any other taciHiie high school event held at the s/adium."
