SECOND READING - ORDINANCE
Amending Sections 17-6, 17-18, 17-19, 17-113, and 17-121, of
the Code of the City of Miami, Chapter 17, entitled "Fire
Protection", dealing with fire alarm and detection systems,
inspection, installation and testing; establishing require-
ments for horizontal separations between corridors, rooms,
etc. This ordinance was passed on First Reading June 21, 1977.
It was introduced by Commissioner Plummer and seconded by
Commissioner Reboso.
SECOND READING - ORDINANCE
Amending Sections 17-35, 17-36 and 17-326 of Chapter 17 of the
Code of the City of Miami dealing with the responsibility
of reviewing building plans reference pending building permits.
This ordinance was passed on First Reading June 21, 1977.
It was introduced by Commissioner Plummer and seconded by
Vice Mayor Gibson.
