WHEREAS, fundsfor this 'purchase are available in the 1976-1977
Fiscal Year Budget;' and
WHEREAS,: this equipment will be used by the Department of Eire for
the purpose of the replacement.: of hose used in fire suppression; and
WHEREAS, the City (tanager and the Deportment: of Fire recommend
that the bids received from Biscayne Fire Equipment and Hose and Accessories,
Inc. be accepted as the most advantageous bids to the, City;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COIii.IISSION or THE CITY OF

in the quantity and lengths required.
ADDITIONAL INFORMAIION: This purchase is to replace out dated fire hose used
for fire suppression.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the award be made to Biscayne
Fire Equipment Co. and Hose` and Accessories, Inc..
