A RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE YEAR tXTENSION
OF' EMPLOYMENT PAST THE AGE OF 70 FOR VIRGINIA
is LIEBERMAN, CLERK TYPIST II, DEPARTMENT OF
POLICE, EFFECTIVE JULY 29, 1977 THROUGH
JULY 280 1978, WITH PROVISION THAT IN THE
EVENT OF A ROLLBACK OR LAYOFF, MS. LIEBERMAN►
RATHER THAN A JUNIOR EMPLOYEE, WOULD BE
AFFECTED.
WHEREAS, the Civil Service Board, on May'24, 1977,
unanimously recommended the approval of employment past the
age of 70 for VIRGINIA I. LIEBERMAN, Clerk Typist 11, bepart-
merit of Police; and
WHEREAS, the City Physician has determined that the
physical condition of said VIRGINIA I. LIEBERMAN is satisfactory
for

continued employment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A one year extension of employment past
age of 70 is hereby granted for VIRGINIA I. LIEBERMAN, Clerk
RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF.
Typist II, Department of Police, effective July 29, 1977 through
July;28, 1978, with the provision that in the event of a rollback
or layoff, MS. LIEBERMAN, rather than a junior employee, would
be affected.
