A SCLU TION ,ACCRPtING THE PLAT ENTITLED COSTA.
EELLA DEVELOPMENT SUB., A SUBDIVISION IN THE
CIT OF FLORIDA; AND ACCEPTING THE DEDI-
CATIONS SHOWN oN SAID PLAT; AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT,
WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Pudic
Workshave recommended the acceptance of the plat entitled COSTA.
BELLA DEVELOPMENT SUB.:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled COSTA BELLA DEVELOPMENT SUB.
is a re -subdivision of Lots 36-41 inclusive, the east 16.0 feet
of Lot 42, and Lots 50-57 inclusive, Block 2, AMENDED PLAT OF
POINT VIEW (2-93), City of Miami, Dade County, Florida which by
reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein
and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing
and future planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the
perpetual use of the public, be and the same are, hereby accepted
and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both of the
City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized to execute the Plat.
