for a maximum of 16 adult female residents', subject to a two year
review; and
WHEREAS, the Building Director reports that there have
been no complaints nor notices of violations for the past two
years; and
WHEREAS, the property was inspected on May 16, 1977 and
found ,to be in a neat and clean condition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT. RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION. OF THE
CITY OFMIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Permission, as provided in Ordinance No.
6871, Article IV, Section 36(1), to use property located at 7521
N. E. 3rd Avenue, Lot 5, Block 6, Dixie Highway Park (4-103), for
Work Release Center for maximum of 16 adult female residents,
Lot being 50.25x 147.62'; zoned R-4 (medium Density Multiple)
District, be and the same is hereby granted.

The city Commission adopted. Resolution 75-265 on March 25, 1975
granting permission for the above site to be used as a Work
Release Center for a maximum of 16 adult female residents, subject
to a two year review. Certificate of occupancy was issued
June 27, 1975.
Attached is a memorandum from G. Salman, Director of the
Building Department, finding no complaints or notices of
violation for the past two years; and giving a favorable
recommendation.
It is suggested that this matter be placed on the city Commission
agenda of June 16, 1977 .
