WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of
June 6, 1977, Item No. 12, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB 99-77,by a 7 to 0 vote recommetzdit`►g

WHEREAS, the Petitioner had the right to replat the
subject property and construct 11 residences thereon; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the City Commission Petitioner.

WHEREAS, the Planning Department has recommended
approval of the Petition; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it
advisable and in
the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and
its inhabitants to grant the Petition hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE' COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Petition as per Ordinance No. 6871,
Article XXI-1, to permit a Planned Area Development (PAD) on Lots
3 thru 8, Block 38, NEW BISCAYNE AMD (B-16), being 2475 South
Bayshore Drive, as per plans on file, consisting of 10 units in
10 structures, subject to a 15' setback on the north side, a rock
wall on the north side of property, with extra landscaping on the
south side, with plans to be approved by Planning Department;
zoned R-1 (One Family), be and the same is hereby granted,
