Le . i. , PLANNING & ZONING BOARDS As you recall, this law firm represents Woodlawn Ceme- tery. This letter is written pursuant to the instructions which you gave me during our telephone conversation last week in which I requested information as to how we should obtain an extension to a variance for our client. In accordance with your instructions, Woodlawn Cemetery hereby requests an extension of one year in which to file the required plans and to obtain the necessary building permits under the variance granted by the Zoning Board at its meeting of December 20, 1976. The variance was obtained for the pur- pose of building an addition to the existing mausoleum at Woodlawn Cemetery. I understand from our telephone conversation that Wood - lawn can expect to receive this extension without any diffi- culty. If this is not a correct impression, or if any problems arise in obtaining the extension, please advise me immediately so that we may take the necessary actions to protect our client's interests. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation. nc-re Frank -'n . Jo son, Jr. For the irm f FAJjr;cla cc: Mr, Charles' Sharp`; Mr. Wayne C, Wa 1 1 i arras: William J. owt
