frost the U. Department of Housing and Urban Developttieht through
its obligation to pay the City of Miami through the City's COMMUftity
Development Program to cover the cost of the said contract.
Section 3+ The amount of $35,067.62 is hereby allocated froth
the account entitled "Highway Improvement Bond Funds" and use of
$8 121z00 programmed through the ''Community Development Program" to
cover the cost of Project Expense is also hereby authorized.
Section 4, That the amount of $6,375.00 is hereby allocated
from the account entitled "Highway Improvement Bond Funds" and use of
$1,476.73 programmed through the "Community Development Program" to
cover the cost of such items as advertising, testing laboratories
and postage is also hereby authorized.
Section 5. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into a contract on behalf of the City of Miami with Marks Brothers
Company (Not Inc.) for CULMER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT
1977 AND CULMER SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATION - 1977.
