WHEREAS, sealed bids were received May 24, 1977 for
TERRACE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT PHASE II 13ID 1113 ;
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports the $26,355 bid of Marks
$rotheDs Company (Wot Inc.) is the lowest responsible bid and
recommends that a contract be awarded to said firm; and
WHEREAS, funds have been programmed and budgeted under
"Community Development Program" for the proposed amount
for project expense, and for such items as advertising,
laboratories and postage;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ;BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY Of MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The May 24, 1977 bid of Marks Brothers Company
(Not Inc.) in the proposed amount of $26,355 for the
N.E. 80 TERRACE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT PHASE II,
namely BID "13" of Proposal, based on unit prices is hereby accepted
at the prices stated therein, with funds therefor programmed and
budgeted under the "Community Development Program".
