NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Webb General
Contracting, Inc. for the OLD COAST GUARD - BOAT RAMP MODIFICATIONS
at a total cost of $28,178 is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami are
authorized and directed to pay Webb General Contracting, Inc.
hereby
a balance of $2,817.80 as full and final payment for all work per-
formed and all materials furnished in connection with the OLD COAST
GUARD - BOAT RAMP MODIFICATIONS - 1976.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9TH day of DUNE
