HOWL - SANITARY SEWER PROJECT.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated January
the City of Miami and Squires Construction, Inept
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
Squires Construction, Inc. has furnished the required docu-
tents certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public lAbrks reCcar
mend that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
contractor;
THE CITY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Squires
Construction, Inc. for the ORANGE BOWL - SANITARY SEWER PROJECT,
total cost of $21,082 is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Squires Construction,
a balance of $2,108.20 as full and final payment for all work
performed and all materials furnished in connection with the ORANGE
BOWL - SANITARY SEWER PROJECT.
