Proposed resolution advancing $688,000 from the Convention Center Fund to the Latin American ,Trade EXhibition Trust. and: Agency Fund. The adoption of this legislation will provide the necessary front money aswell as create the guaranty money as.expressed in. the April 141977, resolution. 8es, inanticipatedthertotal.total Fair budget Attached i069,000hin expenses,:$6 `s proposed budgets, and the. $38$ 1,000dfferential. The only alteration is the addition; of an interest line item with corollary reductions in the miscellaneous and contingency lines to compensate for the projected maximum interest item. Theosecondd proposed budget represents the total budget less the $75,000 appropriated and authorized for expenditure through June 15, 1977, and would become effective 30 days after its Second Reading on May 19. Thus these monies, would track the intent of Ordinance No. 8646 in that they would not become available until after. June 15, 1977. This budget also reflects a reduction in the differential between expenses and anticipated revenues by $75,000 to $306,000. • r1bit . t 1 tt ar AMI tV I.,lE1VA rt 1@ 1 lfC llA t)1 s MA 'ttV.t. , ;:1,Ni'I1,,NOi 1 '(t':acic al.
