ORDINANCE NO,
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 8589, AS
AMENDED, THE APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1976=77, ADOPTED NOVEMBER 11, 1976,
By AMENDING SECTIONS 1 AND 4 THEREOF, PROVIDING
FOR THE CREATION OF A FUND ENTITLED "LATIN AMERICAN
TRADE EXHIBITION TRUST AND AGENCY FUND"
AND MAKING A TOTAL APPROPRIATION TOWARD SAID
FUND IN THE AMOUNT OIL $1,069,000.00, AND PRO-
VIDING FOR REVENUES IN SAID AMOUNT; CONTAINING
A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE,
IT'ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLODA:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8589, as amended,
adopted November 11, 1976, the annual appropriation ordinance for
fiscal year 1976-77, is hereby further amended in the following
articulars: 1/
"Section 1. The following appropriations are made
for the carrying on of the municipal purposes of the City
of Miami, Florida, for the fiscal year 1976-77, including
the payment of principal and interest on all General
Obligation Bonds,
Departments, Boards and Offices
