WHEREAS, pursuant to public notice, sealed bids wett'totaived March 28, 1977 for the futhishing of ah automatic co1dr photography': processing laboratory for the Department of Police; 'and WHEREAS, invitations were mailed to fiftesn pptehtial suppliers and two bids were received; and WHEREAS, funds for this purchase are available ih L.E.A.A. jest 75.-AS-15-6204, State of rloride Share and', Pro and Local Hard Cash Match WHEREAS, this equipment will be used by the Department of Police for the purpose of automatically processing all color negative film; and WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Police recommend that the bid received from V.W.R. Scientifc Treck Photographic be accepted as the most advantageous bid to the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY`0F th1IAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The March 28, 1977 bid of V.W.R. Scientific Treck Photographic for furnishing an automatic color photography processing laboratory at a total cost of $8,995.00 is hereby accepted with funds hereby allocated from L.E.A.A. Project 75-AS-15-6204 $8,095.00, State of Florida Share $450.00,and Local Hard Cash Match $450.00. Section 2.
