A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED AMENDED PLAT

MIAMI, FLORIDA; AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON

FOLLOW"
WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public
Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat entitled AMENDED
PLAT OF YANIRA SUBDIVISION;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled AMENDED PLAT OF YANIRA SUBDIVI-
SION being a re -subdivision of Lot 2, YANIRA SUBDIVISION (103-76),
and the east 49.1 feet, more or less, of the west 1071.2. feet
of unnumbered strip of land 63.5 feet wide lying directly south
of Blocks 11 and 12, of CENTRAL PARK (5-57), City of Miami, Dade
County, Florida which by reference is made a part hereof as if
fully incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon
together with all existing and future planting, trees and shrub-
bery on said property, to the perpetual use of the public, be and
the same are, hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami,
Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk, both of the
City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized to execute the Plat.

The Proposed Record Plat entitled AMENDED PLAT OF YANIRA SUBDIVISION
is a re-subdivisionof a pre\ious plat together with a parcel of un-
platted land. It will consist of one lot zoned R-2. This plat is
being forwarded to your office for City Commission action.
