in connection with the aforesaid contract; and:
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public

payment: made to the Contractor;
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT :RESOLVED. BY THE `COMMISSION OF THE

Section 1. The completed work performed by Orlando Mendez, Inc.
for the `WAINWRIGHT PARK :DEVELOPMENT is hereby accepted• at.
total cost of $116,900.
Section 2, The proper officials of The City of Miami are
hc: c'eby authorized to pay Orlando Mendez, Inc. " a balance of $14 ,194 .1
as ' full and final payment forall work performed and all materials
furnished in; connection with the aforesaid contract.
