TITLED "PARKS AND RECREATION/IN GENERAL," BY CREATING SECTION 38-40,
TITLED "NAMING OF SUPERHERO PARK," TO PROVIDE FOR THE NAMING OF THE
PROPERTY CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 14,200 SQUARE FEET LOCATED
AT 235 NORTHWEST 26 AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA AS "SUPERHERO PARK";
FURTHER DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO TAKE ANY AND ALL ACTIONS
NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THE NAMING OF THE PARK; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.
