A RES(SLtITION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE NOT TO
EXCEED $6,000 FROM THE CONTINGENCY FUND FOR
tHE MAYOR, MEMBERS OF THE CITY COMMISSION,
CITY MANAGER AND MIS I)ESIGNA7ED STAFF, TO ATTEND
THE SEVENTH ANNUAL MEETING OF NATIONAL DIRECTORS
FOR THE INTERAMERICAN EXPORT PROMOTION CENTER
OF THE ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATES TO BE
HELD IN GUATEMALA CITY, GUATEMALA MAY 24 - 27,
1977,
WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Motion 7.7
March 24, 1977, directing the City Manager to approve the
necessary funds for travel to the Seventh Annual Meeting of
National Directors for
the Organization of
City, Guatemala May 24
extended to the Mayor,
the Interamerican Export Promotion Center
American States to be held in Guatemala
- 27, 1977, such travel provision to be
Members of the Commission and to the City
Manager and his designees, if they should so wish to attend.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COlMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The expenditure of up to $6,000 from the
Contingency Fund is hereby authorized for the Mayor, Members of
the Commission, City Manager and his designees,to attend the
Seventh Annual Meeting of National Directors for the Interamerican
Export Promotion Center of the Organization of American States
o be held in Guatemala City, Guatemala May 24 - 27, 1977.
