:'to re, air. Loss of use to the claimants' p vehicle resulted ; in
additional expense of $811.20 to the claimants.
The collision subrogation claim of Lumbermen's Mutual Casualty
°„Cohpany`isin the amount of $1,065.11, while the negotiated
„ personal' injury protection lien is in the amount of $1,100.00.
The above claim has been investigated by the Torts Division of
the city Attorney's office, and in accordance with Ordinance
No. 8417, which creates the City of Miami's Self -Insurance Program,
.and said office recommends that the said claims be settled for
$10,600.00, to include the bodily injury, personal injury pro-
tection lien, loss of use, and automobile collision deductible,
and the insurance carrier's interest is $1,100.00 for the
personal injury. protection 1j.en included in the $10,600.00 and
$1, 065.1k for the collision subrogation,
