AT A TOTAL COST OF $49,651 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $4,965.10 ?Ott MORNINGSIDE PARE - BOAT RAMP EXTENSION - 1976. WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated September 13i 1976'betWeen the City of Miami and Ebsary Foundation Co.; and WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and Ebsary Foundation Co. has furnished the required documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the Contractor; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF- THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The completed work performed by Ebsary Foundation Co. for the construction of MORNINGSIDE PARK - BOAT RAMP EXTENSION - 1976, at a total cost of $49,651, is hereby accepted. Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami are hereby authorized to pay Ebsary Foundation Co., balance of $4,965.10 as full and final payment for all work performed and all materials furnished in connection with the MORNINGSIDE PARK - BOAT RAMP EXTENSION - 1976.
