A RESOLt1TION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY DICK MORTON, INC. AT A TOTAL
COST OF $71467.33 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $6,244.63 FOR CENTRAL DRAINAGE
PROJECT PROJECT Et-37
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated June 24,
1976 between the City of Miami and Dick Morton, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Dick Morton, Inc. has furnished the required documents
Certifying that all bills for labor and materials, have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of Public
Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and final
payment made to the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Dick Morton,
Inc. for CENTRAL DRAINAGE PROJECT E-37, at a total cost of
$71,167.33 is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized to pay $6,244.63 to Dick Morton, Inc. as
full and final payment for all work performed and all materials
furnished in connection with CENTRAL DRAINAGE PROJECT E-37.
