A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE coMPLETED WotK
PERFORMED BY J & J ENTERPRISES AT A TOTAL
COST OF $11,068 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $1,591 FOR ELIZABETH VIRRICK
PARK z BASKETBALL COURT = 1976.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated July 24,
1976 between the City of Miami and J & J Enterprises; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and J & J Enterprises has
furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of
Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted
and final payment made to the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF.
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by J & J
Enterprises for the ELIZABETH VIRRICK PARK - BASKETBALL
COURT - 1976, at a total cost of $11,068 is hereby approved.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized to pay $1,591 to J & J Enterprises, as
full and final payment for all work performed and all materials
furnished in connection with ELIZABETH VIRRICK PARK - BASKERBALL
COURT - 1976.
