WHEREAS, at the City Corninission meeting of March 2.
1977'Resolution Nn, 77 270 was passed which ordered a sanitary
sewer improvement identified as COLUMBIA SANITARY SEWER
MENT.SR-5420 S (sidelinesewer) in COLUMBIA SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SRt5)20 ,S (sideline; sewer); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to: due public notice a:public hearing
was held before the, City Commission on April 28b 1977 as to any
ob,jections'to the confirmation Of Resolution No. 77-270 which
resolution ordered COLUMBIA SANITARYSEWER .IMPROVEMENT' SR-54420.S:
(sideline sewer) ;in COLUTI3IA:.SANITARY 'SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5420 S (sideline sewer); .and
WHEREAS, no ob,jections'to the confirmation of said,
:sanitary ` sewer improvement were sustained`, by the Commission,
ordering resolution and
sealed bids for the construction ofsaid Improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 13Y THE COMMISSION, OF THE
IMPROVE, -
it is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said
authorize the City Clerk to advertise for
