NO. 77-269 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE 'DNSTRUCTION
OF COLUMBIA ;'AiJ1TARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-51420 C
(centerline sewer) IN COLUMBIA SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5420 C (centerline sewer)
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meetinr or (larch 24,
1977 Resolution No. 77-269 was passed which ordered a sanitary
sewer improvementidentified as COLUMBIA SANITARY SEWER ImPROVE-
MENT SR_511?0 C (centaarlino sewer) in COLUMBIA SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT '•R-51420 C (centerline sewer) ; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COf•1MISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAM1., FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 77-270 dated March 24, 1977
which ordered COLUMBIA SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5420 S
(sideline sewer) in COLUMBIA SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5420 S (sideline sewer) is hereby confirmed.

In a continuing effort to serve Miami with sewers
the construction of centerline and sideline sewers
in the area bounded ty NW 38 Street and 1;':i 54 Street
from :;orth 12I1 A:enue to :1W 7 Avenue was ordered by
the City Co=n at their meet inof :arch 214, 1977.
It 1.3 now in order to confirm the ordering. resolutions
and authori:e alvertisinr for' Lids. A Public Hearing
will be held on April 23, 1977 at which time the
Comm'sslon will hea- objections to the confirmat-lon of
the resolution.
