ZB-171-76, WHEREAS, Article XXXI of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 6871 permits an extension of a variance by the City Manager with approval by the City Commission, for a one- year period; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends a one-year extension of the variance granted by Zoning Board Resolution No. ZB-171-76; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The request for a one-year extension of the variance as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XXIII, Section 4(23), to permit addition to existing restaurant on Lot 1 & W1/2 of Lot 2 & Lots 19 thru 24, Block 4, Auburn Heights (15-67), being 3181 Coral Way, as per plans on file, waiving 27 of 67 required off-street parking spaces, & providing a 6' decorative block wall between the parking area & the residential area, subject to review by the Zoning Board nine months after date of Certificate of Occupancy; zoned C-2 (Community Commercial), granted by Zoning Board Resolution No, ZB-171-76, be and the same is hereby granted, CP?
