A RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OP
THE CONDITIONAL USE AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE N0,
6871, ARTICLE X, SECTION 1(6)(c), TO PERMIT
ESTABLISHMENT OF A RESTAURANT ON 56TH STREET
BAYFRONT SUB (102-75) BEING 600 N, E, 16T t
STREET, AS PER PLANS ON FILE, HAVING A MAXIMUM
FLOOR AREA OF 8920 SQ, FT,; SAID RESTAURANT
NOT EXCEEDING A SEATING CAPACITY OP 296 SEATS;
ALL IN CONJUNCTION WITH A 446=UNIT APARTMENT
BUILDING ZONED R-5 (HIGH DENSITY MULTIPLE),
GRANTED BY ZONING BOARD RESOLUTION NO, ZB
167-76,
WHEREAS, Article XXXII of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance No, 6871 permits an extension of a conditional use by
the City Manager with approval by the City Commission, for a
one-year period; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends a one-year
extension of the conditional use granted by Zoning Board
Resolution No. ZB 167-76;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The request for a one-year extension of
the conditional use as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article X,
Section 1(6)(c), to permit establishment of a restaurant on
36TH STREET BAYFRONT SUB (102-75) being 600 N.E. 36th Street,
as per plans on file, having a maximum floor area of 8920 sq. ft.;
said restaurant not exceeding a seating capacity of 296 seats;
all in conjunction with a 446-unit apartment building; zoned R-5
(High Density Multiple), granted by Zoning Board Resolution No.
ZB 167-76, be and the same is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27TH day of APRIL , 1977.
