Re: Extension of Conditional Use granted by Miami City
Cornnission on October 4, 1976 by Resolution Number
ZB 166-76 _,and Resolution Number _ZB 167-76
Dear Mr. Crassie:
The Miami City Commission on October 4, 1976 granted two
Conditional Uses as stated in Ordinance Number 6871, Article
Number 10, Section 1 (6b), to permit the establishment of a
private club and a restaurant at The Charter Club on Biscayne
Bay. The Conditional Uses are contained in Resolution Number
ZB 166-76 and Resolution Number ZB 167-76.
The purpose of this letter is to req°nest that the expiration
time of the abovestated Conditional Uses be extended by the
City Manager with the approval of the City Commission for one
(1) year. Our client, The Charter Club on Biscayne Bay, seeks
this extension in order to allow time to obtain a Building
Permit based upon the Conditional Uses.
We would ask that we have an opportunity to appear at the next
regularly scheduled meeting of the Miami City Commission in
order to request said extension.
Thank you very much for your cooperation in this matter.
Yours truly,
Tod Aronovitz
