HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-77-0352NSA : bk 3/24/77 RESOLUTION NO 77 3S2 A kESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING, AEANDONING AND DISCONTINUING THE PUELIC USE OP THE ALLEY LYING WITHIN N.E. 15TH AND 16TH STREETS EETWEEN 1ST COURT AND 2ND AVENUE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH TENTATIVE PLAT NO. 976A "JEFFERSON'S ADDITION " WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of March 7, 1977, Item No, 6(b), following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 33-77 by a 7 to 0 vote recommending the official vacation and closure of the alley lying within N.E. 15th and 16th Streets between 1st Court and 2nd Avenue, all in accordance with Tentative Plat No. 976A - JEFFERSON'S ADDITION"; and WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure as herein- after set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the alley lying within N.E. 15th and l6th Streets between 1st Court and 2nd Avenue, all in accordance with Tentative Plat No. 976A - JEFFERSON'S ADDITION" be and the same is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned and discontinued for public use.
