13t IT oRDAINtD BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subsection 2 of Section 39-13.1 of the
Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, is hereby further

amended in the following particulars:
"Sec. 39-13.1 Colf course green fees and other el
rates and charges.
2. Special summer rates for combined green fee
and cart rental: The following special summer rates for
combined green fee and cart rental (residents and nonresidents
of the city). These rates are not subject to the additional golf
cart tax otherwise required by section 39-13.2.
Summer months (May 1 -- November 30)
Monday thru Friday: For two players--W $11 + sales
tax to cover cart rental and
green fees.
Saturday, Sunday and holidays after 12:00 Noon:
For two players-09 $11 + sales
tax to cover cart rental and green
fees."
Section 2. All ordinances, coc
