AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 83450 ADOPTED JANUARY 10, 1975, AS AMENDED,

ING FISCAL YEAR 1976-77.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TI{E COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8345, adopted January 10,
1975, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following partic-

ulars:`
Section 1. The following funds from federal Revenue
Sharing Funds Fiscal Year 1973-74 shall be appropriated for
the purposes outlined below for the Fiscal Year 1974-75:

Section 2. The sum of $50,010.19 resulting from the elimination
of the aforesaid appropriation as set forth in Section 1 hereof is
hereby reappropriated for Parks Mechanization Reserve Funding to be
used during Fiscal Year 1976-77.
Section 3. All ordinances, code sections or parts thereof in
