23, RESOLUTION
Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with
Champion Spark Plug Company for the seventh annual. Champion
Spark Plug Unlimited Regatta at Miami Marine Stadium on
May 20. 21 and 22, 1977. City Manager recommends.
24. RESOLUTION
Authorizing the City Manager to advertise for and receive
proposals to furnish crowd control services during events
at the Orange Bowl Stadium. City Manager recommends.

25. RESOLUTION
Authorizing the City Manager to instruct the Purchasing Agent
to issue purchase order for one Mvo-tone Biofeedback Monitor
for $420 for the Jackson Memorial Hospital Burn Unite
cancelling the City Manager's authorization, under Resolution No
77-102, to obtain a CyborL Biofeedback Monitor; funds allocated
from the Contingency Fund. City :tanager recommends.

defend any suit brought for the recovery of damages arising
out of said claims. City Attorney recommends.
28. RESOLUTION
Authorizing the Director of Finance to accept the sum of
S300.00 in the claim of the City of Miami versus Hipolito R.
Eigur_roa. Wesson t.iine & Spirits Co., and CNA Insurance
Company; and authorizing the City Manager and City Clerk to
execute a release. City Attorney recommends.
29. RESOLUTION
Authorizing the City Manager and City Clerk to enter into a
contract, providing that the City will sell to Mr. Al Blake
and Betty Blake, his wife, Lawrence Park Amended (7-140),
unnumbered lot south of the Inland Waterway and north of 17th
Court; and authorizing the City Manager and City Clerk to

the Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitation Services,
